1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating accounts, or making bookings, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All reservations for apartments and hotel rooms at Via Marmolada Residences are subject to the following payment terms:

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than three (3) months before the scheduled stay.

• For bookings made three months or less before arrival, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

• Payment can be made via the methods indicated on our website or by direct agreement with Via Marmolada.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than three months before the arrival date may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable 50% deposit.

• Cancellations within three months of the scheduled stay are non-refundable, and full payment remains due.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making bookings, creating accounts, or using the website.

• Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable Italian laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, text, and materials on this website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit permission from Via Marmolada Residences.

6. Limitation of Liability

Via Marmolada Residences is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website, booking errors, or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, travel disruptions, or third-party services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.

8. Amendments

Via Marmolada Residences reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
